And after the page finally loads up, the video takes longer to load than it does to play -- then it starts to buffer. It can take 5 minutes to play a 2 minute video clip.

Videos take up a lot of bandwith. 921 Kbps is way low. You need like 100 Mbps (1 000 000 Kbps) to have good streaming videos.

Well Install some codeacs and flash player plug ins to avoid such streamming problem..
