Yes : You can upgrade "Cingular" if it has access !

Yes you can just call cingular. Of course when your contract runs out, check out the Cricket phone. In Texas, $37 gets UNLIMITED minutes and text, free internet, 3 way calling, caller id, call forwarding, and free long distance and NO CONTRACT.
