Do you guyz have any infos on the NBA players' diet?
So far I have seen Karl Malone gobbling up Krispy Kremes, Carmelo and J.R. Smith eating KFC, Bynum eating at Quizno, Shaq and Damon Jones drinking up sodas.
I didn't think those things were healthy for NBA-type athlete. What do you guyz think ?

They pretty much eat whatever they want to eat. They do so much excercise, that their metabolism burns up the calories, so it doesn't matter. They're definitely not on any health-food diets or anything like that. The only player I can think of who probably should be on a diet is Shaq. The rest of them can eat whatever they want and still remain in shape.

Lamar Odom is a considerable candy/goodies nut, who has a Lakers intern make sure he has enormous quantities of candy until now and after each and each sport/practice. Dwight Howard develop into eating McDonalds until now each and each sport interior the playoffs, a superstition he stepped forward. Hedo Turkoglu ate pizza until now some playoff video games I bear in mind.
