Everytime i take a test (especially math), I tend to make careless error. I check my work and sometimes redo the problems over again but most of the times, I can't detect an error until after I hand in my test.

Also, I have a problem with taking math test. I tend to get nervous even though I understand all the concepts. Any help on mitigating this problem?

You may want to visualize yourself taking the test and doing very well. Repeat this exercise each night - you are sitting down to take the test, the paper is in front of you, you are considering each question carefully and then you write down the answer and know it's correct. You get the test back and have earned an "A."

On the day of the test, get yourself into a relaxed place. Visualize doing well on the test, be prepared for it (of course) and then carefully consider each question - just as you did in the visualization...

Good luck!
