my title is " are children better motivated by rewards or punishment"
i need a procedure, a procedure is when you put down how you are going to do it i think.
please help!

Just put down exactly how your going to get your facts and information, and how you are going to use them to prove whether rewards or punishment works better. For example if it were me I would say I am going to use a chart to show specific examples of when rewards worked better than punishment and vise versa.
