You even look through like game magazines and they have these fresh Graphics, what software they using??

Or better yet, say I want to design a serious art work design for my ebook, what software to use, that can help me design a professional looking graphics

Try software products by Adobe. They have GREAT software like Photoshop and Acrobat. The only downside to these fine products is that they are a little on the pricy side $$

Photoshop...Borders has a current issue of a computer magazine (sorry, the name escapes me) but it's British and costs $15...but it comes with a photoshop disc and the magazine gives detailed step by step instuctions on how to recreate its own cover!

Look for the mag with three raptors driving a convertable with fangs instead of the grill...can't miss it

try application products via Adobe. they have large application like Photoshop and Acrobat. the only turn away to those superb products is they seem to be a sprint on the high priced area $$
