Romanian Rromani (Romania is a country, Rromani is an ethnicity... they are not the same thing and not all Rromani are from Romania). Father 1/2 Rromani, mother full blooded Rromani, both from Romania. I assume that the 1/2 Gadje from my father's side was standard issue Caucasian.

Paternally: Grandfather was from a south Atlantic Island, St. Helena - originally a British Colony. My grandmother was Portuguese.
Maternally: Grandfather was native South African - he had such a mixed heritage we've never been able to trace anything significant. My grandmother was half German, half Indian.
That makes me seriously mixed up. I just follow my grand-dad's lead - I'm PROUDLY SOUTH AFRICAN...

I'm a bit of a mutt.... There are a lot of things thrown in, but predominately I have French, Irish, and English. I have the hair of the Irish and the facial features of the French.

My mom died when I was a young child, she was white but my father never spoke of her so I don't know too much.
My dad's ancestors came from Africa.
