There are many ways...
1. at boot up the amount of RAM is shown
2. Right-click on the "My Computer" icon on the desktop and click properties.
3. Go to Start -> Run in the start menu and type "dxdiag" without the quotes... this will start the directx diagnostic tool which gives almost every info abt ur computer....

When computer boots it shows all the RAM size it has along with other details like Drives n all that stuff.

Go to download.com. Get PC Pal. It is free and it will give you a report on all aspects of your computer and let you know how your computer rates against others using the program. I have been using it for a few months and it has been very helpful and has not caused me any problems. Try it, you will like it.

1) Double click on "My Computer"
2) From the "Help" menu choose "About Windows"
3) At the bottom of the box, it will tell you how much memory (RAM) your computer has.

Watch the black screen when you boot up, or
run Sysinfo.exe
or
Right Click (My Computer) , Properties, then look for computer properties / ram.

alt+ctrl+delete, go to performance, and look under physical memory, it says total memory with the amount beside it
