Get other nail polish and go over the old one, as soon as you do that wipe it off, some of it usually comes off. Try using a nail file on it also. If that doesn't work then good luck because you'll probably have to wait. Let me know if it worked for you, i do it all the time when i'm out of remover.

First, make sure that your nail polish is in good condition and isn't gluggy or watery because that can cfhange the overall look. Make sure you don't have too much polish on the brush, a small amount will do fine. Then Apply the nail polish in even strokes starting at the base of your nail, going up. Your nail should have three or four 'rows' of this. If there is a skinny bit on the side that hasn't got polish on it, try using one of those lipgloss brushes if you have one, as they're smaller than the brushes that come in nail polish. Allow your nails to dry completely before applying another coat in the same way as the first one. If needed, do another coat for that and wait for your nails to dry completely. It may take a bit of practise, especially to paint the nails on your right hand if you're right-handed or the nails on your left hand if you're left-handed. Just keep trying! Good luck ♥

Soak your fingers in warm/hot (not so hot it'll scald you) water and leave your fingers there for about 5 minutes. The nail polish will peel off automatically.

Or you can just paint another layer of nail polish on. Before the second layer dries, wipe it off completely. The first layer of nail polish should come off as well.

what I do when I'm in that situation, I grab the lightest nail polish that I have and dab some on my nail and take it off quickly with a napkin, that'll take some of the old polish off, whatever you can't take off just file the nail a bit and the polish will come off. Works everytime with me.

Turpentine or paint thinner. Maybe try clear nail polish... that might loosen the dry polish so that you can wipe it away.
