My watch is 12 minutes fast, so I'm never late back from lunchbreak. My clock by my tv is 4 minutes fast, so I'm never late setting a tape. My clock by my bed is 45 minutes fast, so that when the alarm clock goes off, and I'm half asleep, I glance at the clock, and freak out that I'm late for work, that gets my blood pumping, so that I'm half awake when it goes off again since I hit the snooze button, which I hit at least three times, SO when I'm finally really awake, it's the time I should have gotten up in the first place!! NEEDLESS to say, when I was younger I was always late to everything, and the day I almost made my mom late to her dad's funeral, I swore to reform my ways.......I've been doing this for 30 years now, ...still works......(my boss asks me how this works if you know that they are wrong, but the point is,that if I'm distracted and just glancing at the watch or clock without thinking, my visual brain freaks and says, "Alert!",it works for me, so there...........

For years, I set my bedroom clocks ahead, thinking it would keep me from being late, but, after the initial wake up, I would just remember the clocks were fast. It messed with my head so much that I finally decided to stop doing it, and now I'm fanatical about all the clocks in the house being the exact time. I noticed the other day, that the time clock at work is five minutes slow. Now...
that, is a nice thing to know...lol...!!!

My bedroom alarm clock is set 10 minutes faster, so I can hit the snooze a couple times. It's funny though because I pretty much have to calculate in my head what time it really is while I'm half way asleep! Go figure!lol

I'm not a morning person. I set my clock ahead by 10 minutes to fool myself into waking up and getting ready on time. Somehow, my tired brain never realizes that there's 10 extra minutes to waste until I see another clock.

Nope. I used to though. Now I just have an alarm clock with two alarms times that I can set.

All my clocks are set to a different time, all between 7-20 minutes faster than my time clock at work.

Yes - I have one alarm clock that is 10 minutes fast and another that is 25 minutes fast. Unfortunately, it doesn't help - I still can't get out of bed in the morning

All my clocks are a few minutes ahead - I don't like to be late and this gives me that extra time if I am running late...to keep me on time.
