The problem with a woman president is this. Women cannot control their emotions. Women PMS. And most of all women do not let it go......

women are equal and deserving in every way to share the opportunities available.
if that means a female us president then so be it.
some cultures do believe women are inferior and this perversion has settled on many western cultures.
quite a few countries around the world do have female presidents
and the world is still turning.
of course men and women are different,but they are still equal;
will the usa be a better place if a female became president,i dont know.women are more inclined to negotiate and consult but can also make tough decisions if need be.

According to the Constitution, women can run for president as long as the are at least 35 yrs old, are natural born US citizens & have lived in the US at least 14 years. I agree with the Constitution.
If you want to discuss the suitability of specific women for the presidency, that is a seperate issue. Some are, some aren't, just like men.

women have been oppressed throughout human history, and now that there actually is a degree of equality between man and woman, it is important that we do everything to break down the feudalistic practices of misogyny that have run rampant throughout the world.
if a woman wants to be president she should run for it - and there is no basis either legal or societal that says that she should not. that doesn't mean we should foist the office on the first woman to walk by, but it certainly means that women should run for president.
and yeah, maybe feminism makes the lives of women harder because now there are more options for them in today's society. it can be very easy to be told what to do and be passive for your entire life, but with women's lib the benefits far outweigh the costs. women are growing in power, and as the saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility.

I think if a woman is qualified for any job and can do it as well as a man she should have the opportunity to do it weather the job be president or fireman or garbage collector as long as there doesn't have to be any special allowances to adjust the requirements for the job. Example if a man has to carry 150 pounds up 2 flights of stairs to qualify the same requirement should apply for a woman.

Wow! Finally someone who see the trees instead of the forest. Here's another example. Women were allowed to join the military and serve "along side" of their male counterparts. Yeah right.....how many women do you see getting the scalp job when entering boot camp?.....come on....how many? ........NONE. That is really their way of saying to the women "you don't belong and never will, you don't look like us, fight like us and die like us, but we have to let you play".
Hey don't get me wrong, I think women are a blessing to men and should achieve all they can. But the people running certain parts of this county will never let that happen.

if Conservatives can have Margret thatcher then liberals can have someone too and it wont be a contradiction like against old fashion family values that the fascist Conservatives believe in! cause not long ago they did not believe women had the right to vote much less run for office or fight for their country or work any job a man can! [ and most if not all fascist, chauvinist pig conservatives still believe it but they wont openly say they do!]

Being President does not require upper body strength, A good political brain will suffice nicely. I only object when women attempt jobs they cannot physically do. I am sure Hill can screw up as well as her male predecessors, and it will not take much effort on her part to do better.

It will happen. But in this time now I don't think it is right for a woman to be President. Becaues that woman would be Hilary Clinton. That would be terrible.
