Its not about WHERE u get cute stuff but how u wear the outfit. u can go all out & bye an outfit at Saks 5th avenue and look terrible in it and u can get an outfit from Target that u will look awesome in! Dont stick 2 only one store jump around and mix n match!!

i am not sure where you live but we a store here called Goody's. they have some really cute clothes and are not too expensive...i also like Cato and The Brass Buckle...or JC Penny...God bless...

You really need to give more info to your question ,Like area of country ,how much you like to spend ,your style and things of that sort . T.J. Maxx and Burlington Coat Factory,Old Navy , Ross, Target,..Even Wal-mart.
