Reggie Roby was not a kicker, he was a punter.

I've never seen a black placekicker at ANY level.

I dont know if theres was a black kicker in NFL history, but reggie roby was the best as a punter. my father said he went to a dolphins game in the marino years ( I think 1985) and he said that roby would punt the ball so high it looked like it was as high as the stadiums height.he had a lot of hangtime. Its too bad he passed away a little while ago.
R.I.P to Reggie Roby, perhaps the greatest punter in NFL history

Donald Iguabuike was a black placekicker for Tampa Bay in the mid-80s. The aforementioned Reggie Roby and Rodney Williams are the only two black punters I know of.

I haven't heard of any black kickers. However, I did hear that Mia Hamm is capable of easily making 50+ yard kicks. That being said, I think that if Ronaldinho signs with the NFL, he will be the best black kicker. Ever. And nobody will ever surpass him.
