Nights can be cold and dark, bringing you down if you are already in a glum mood. The sunrise is a new beginning, and it brings warmth, lights up what you might be afraid of.

It's a symbol of a new beginning I suppose. But, if you are tormented at night, you tend to remain that way until you figure out what's causing it all.

It does? It's never worked like that for me. It does however, give me a new chance to face those torments & overcome them. It brings hope. It offers a new start.

I don't think it does. The worst feeling is when you wake up in the morning and realize the same crap that was haunting you yesterday didn't go away.
