I took them myself to use before I get professional ones done. I am a student and so I would only need them for the occasional audition. The pictures are on my 360 page.

Are these okay?

YOU look fine to me. The lighting looks kind of funky though.

other than the fact that they look completely unprofessional they're fine. the lighting is terrible and the pose is terrible. these look more like myspace pictures than head shots you'd use for auditioning.
btw i'm not saying this to be mean but i've shot portraits for a long time now and i know from bad head shots.
if you're a student my suggestion is to find a fellow student majoring in photography to take some headshots for you. maybe arrange a trade and allow him/her to use your image for class/shows in exchange for you getting free pro quality head shots. i did that when i was in college and it worked out very well.

Sorry, no. The lighting is terrible and there's too much attitude.

Take them again with better lighting and just a nice smile. You've got a great look and don't need to do much. What those say to me is "Ain't I the cutest thing?" which is going to limit your bookability.

You would need them only for the occassional audition FOR WHOM? I wouldn't use them for any attempts at professional work, but for amaruer community theatre or local television commercials, they'd probably be okay.
