We are going in July 2007 and there will be about 9 kids. Has anyone been on a Norwegian Cruise Line? How are the staff? I also read that we have to tip everyday? What would you suggest sighting seeing in Nassau (bahamas)? Anything else we should know?

Suggestion is to look at another Cruise Line.
In 8 years had nothing but problems with NCL in fact only 1 reservation ever went just right. That isn't a very good track record.... Had a wedding group of 40, was a nightmare because of NCL.

I would've suggested Royal Carribbean but hey. Nassau is beautiful but we didnt have much time for exploring so stuck to lounging on the beach drink pina colada's. Do visit Fish Fry. Its and area that has excellent sea food. Allow plenty of time though, they took ages to serve us and we had to leave before our food came!
