I see they come in all different sizes of memory interface. What is the importance/function of it? I'm looking to play world of warcraft... will going for a 64 bit card with a better gpu be better than a lesser model 128 bit or vice versa?

thanks

Recommended Video Card Specifications for World of Warcraft:
64 MB 3D graphics card with Hardware Transform and Lighting, such as NVIDIA® GeForce™ FX 5700 class card or above.

6200 is better than the FX model. Gaming performance won't be all that impressive for serious gamers. They are both entry level cards which should be capable of running the game and rending the scenes properly.

What is the importance/function of it?
Newer games are making use of extra graphics memory when it's available. Future titles, whose geometry and highest-detail textures should easily saturate 64MB of memory, will only further widen the performance gap between 64 and 128MB cards.

Keep in mind that you are talking graphics card technology that is several years behind the latest technology where 256MB and 512MB cards are commonplace nowadays.

GE Force should do well for Warcraft

What I would be thinking about is getting a system that can handle Windows Vista because this is what Warcraft and other games will be writing their future games to suit i.e. 2000Ram etc

You have a 32 bit processor and no a 64 bit video card wont work. You wont be able to upgrade your system to 64 bit without replacing the mobo and the processor and ram which I doubt you would find a laptop mobo that would fit in the first place.
