Sounds like you're looking for a new exhaust for your husband's ride, and you need to have it installed.

I think this might work best for you.

Find out what you can about his bike. The best way is to look at the VIN plate. It's usually on the neck of the frame (where the handlebars turn). Get make, model, model year, engine size and date of manufacture.
Next, look in the Yellow Pages for some places that would service that make. You could start with dealers if that makes you more comfortable. Pick a few places and write down their addresses. Go there, talk to the guy at the parts counter. Tell him what you want, ask what he can do. Then go to the next one. I am sure that you will find one that is glad to help you. Personally, I think you will get the best service (and deal) at a smaller shop, but it isn't always easy finding the best. Does your husband have a place he uses? If so, start there.

It's a nice thought, but please make sure how he feels about his ride BEFORE you change it. Some people can be sensitive.
