Ever since I came on here I see nothing but ignorant, uneducated, common senseless comments about "Bush's brave decision, Iraq, terrorists, 9/11" all jumbled together in some concocted rant. Do they not have eyes to read with, ears to hear with, and or brains to think with......???????????
Please try not to make yourself sound too stupid if you disagree. I'm all for an intelligent bashing.

The problem is that the Average person gets his/her opinion from the mainstream media. This leads to a "controlled" way of thinking, that is ignorant in the extreme. Look at the latest thinking on Iran as proof. It's easier to be told what to think than to have to research the facts yourself.

Stop being an idiot jungleboy. I do believe that the ignorant, uneducated, common senseless liberals all voted to go to war with Iraq. But then, your liberal masters have rewritten history, haven't they, just as the prophet George Orwell predicted they would.

Keep up the hysteria, hate week is right around the corner.

Maybe you should go back to swinging on some vines jungleboy.

because it's the only thing that would make our current actions make sense...

but they don't make sense... so that's the problem...

we started the "war on terror" clearly because of 9-11... Bush never said anything ever about any war on terror any day before that...

so, now fast forward 6 years and we're in IRAQ fighting there as the MAIN BATTLEGROUND in the war on terror, according to Bush...

what?

most people would fight a war somewhere that has something to do with why the war actually begun or something to do with the war at all...

they think that Bush knows what he's doing and has some master plan that we haven't seen yet that will bring the terrorists to their knees...

no one has a clue what that has to do with Iraq exactly... though, but apparently they trust him that somehow, somewhere it does...

Republicans are quickly becoming the party of no evidence... they only have "emotional responses"... like calling you names like "terrorist lover" and "America hater" and "unpatriotic"

if they had evidence to back up their actions, surely they would just show that instead of name calling?

oh, they also may tell you a little story that has no citable facts what so ever (usually full of third hand gossip from a 'guy in the town that I know') that some how justifies their actions...

Jesi: do you really believe that Bush had nothing to do with going into Iraq? that he didn't pursue it... that his cabinet members didn't go on MANY tv shows and talk to many, many senators to convince them to vote the way they did?
Am I the only one that was paying attention? Bush was DIRECTLY feeding EVERYONE the facts that WERE WRONG... Powell didn't go to the U.N. because he wanted to... Bush told him to go?

Geez, at least take responsibility for PUSHING AS HARD AS YOU GUYS COULD to get into the war... he pulled every string he had....

who was pushing the war in your mind... the "liberal media"? can you please cite that with ANYTHING?

Because at the time every wanted to kick someone's butt. The disenfranchised didn't bother to pay attention that Afghanistan was about 9/11 and Iran was about WMD and Saddam's threats.

The Bush hating media brainwashed the previously mention disenfranchised and told them what to think. In typical neo-liberal fashion history was rewritten and Bush led us into Iraq with lies about 9/11. They forget why we entered Iraq, they forget the military action was approved overwhelmingly by both the House and Senate after they both investigated independently with their Select Intelligence Committees.

Facts and reality have nothing to do with the neo-liberals and their current position on Iraq. It is all related to their pathological hatred of George Bush.

I actually do not know anybody who thinks that Iraq was guilty of the 9/11 attacks. A lot of people do recognize that Saddam had it in for the USA because we whooped his behind in '91 and that he would do anything he could to hinder us in the war on terror. He was giving $10,000 t $20,000 to families of suicide bombers in Palestine and was shooting down ours and our allies plane while patrolling the no-fly one. Besides, world wide intelligence gathered since the end of Desert-storm in 91 indicated that he had rebuilt his arsenal.

"Saddam Hussein certainly has chemical and biological weapons. There's no question about that."

"The hard fact is that so long as Saddam remains in power, he threatens the well-being of his people, the peace of his region, the security of the world.
The best way to end that threat once and for all is with a new Iraqi government -- a government ready to live in peace with its neighbors, a government that respects the rights of its people."

People have been fed the words that were written up in Tel Aviv, emailed/faxed to all the NeoCons, Republicans, Talking Heads, America-hater-israel-lovers. These are the words they believe because they are delivered constantly even by the President and his men!

obviously, you don't read as carefully as you should. i've not seen anyone claim Iraq had anything to do with 9/11.

next time, try to pay attention instead of tuning out what you don't want to hear.
