I love this girl and i want to be more than friends. She doens't know but she always hang around me so i think she likes me too. Should I tell her?

Go for it but don't put too much pressure on her and if she says no then leave it alone. Putting pressure on her might ruin the friendship so tell her and give her time to decide if she wants to take it to the next level.

yeah, if you are really friends, you wouldnt hide that from her. i dont mean that as rude, or whatnot, i am just saying that.... you shouldnt keep that bottled in, y'kno? it could become unhealthy. i think you should be upright and honest. plus, valentines day is coming up and you could become creative with it. dont ask me how, because all of my ideas have been deemed dumb or corny, but i think you can come up with something on your own. best of luck to you both.
