Ball Pythons are constrictors... not egg eaters.
I believe you are referencing Dasypeltis. They are specially evolved for just that... egg eating. I do not think that even Dasypeltis would be able to eat a chicken egg. They are too big. Do not quote me on that last, though.
I have included links to Dasypeltis and ball python care and feeding, including what they normally eat in the wild.

I suppose that they CAN but they probably wouldn't do it. Snakes are hard-wired to eat what they eat based on smile and infrared sensing. I guess if you scented a chicken egg with a rat or a mouse and heated it up it would maybe strike at it, but I doubt it would eat it, and the shell would probably hurt the snake's teeth. The teeth damage could possibly cause an infection and death. If you made the snake eat the egg, it would probably regurgitate it, and the shell might cut up the esophagus, which would cause an infection and then death.
So, the best answer, no. And even if it could, it shouldn't. Why would you want it to?

You suggested, "ok properly i offered some gravid lady ball pythons" so im going to assume that there is not any male in contact. If there is not any male, then the snakes are laying "slugs" aka infertile eggs. you prefer a male ball python to reproduce with them or there'll be no infants.

No... I would not recommend this. You could have a bad egg with salmonella.
Also many years ago I fed my Tegu raw eggs and my god did it stink when she went to the bathroom.
If you ask this because you don't like feeding live food try frozen food.
