I sleep deeply. I can't carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. I do my part and that gives me a clear conscience, that's why I sleep well at nights.

I hear you on this -- it sure is difficult, isn't it?
After everyone is in bed, I stay up late either doing this, watching TV , or reading a book ... then, in the wee hours, I fall into bed exhausted !!

On my side...Look if you worry about every little thing you gonna worry yourself to death. Only worry when it involves you and the people you are close to or love..like your children and spouses or brothers and sisters..(if you get along with them).
