If your choices are AGP or PCI, use AGP. AGP 8x and 4x are cross-compatible, so you can put an AGP 8x card in a 4x slot.

AGP, its the newer of the two and made to be better than PCI. The new one is PCI-E and that's better than both

agp 4x, most companies have laid off of making pci cards worth a crap
