You want to talk percentages..
only 12% of the world population
is 100%of their ethnic background.
62% of the population has no idea
what their background is.

If you have a child with someone else who is 25% Iranian will your child be 25% Iranian or 12.5% Iranian and 12.5% percent American. If you have them in america.
Since you are only 25% Iranian no matter how many 100% Iranian your desendents have kids with, they will never be 100% or 0%.

You can't be 25% Iranian. You're only Iranian if you was born in Iran. Sounds it's not your case, then you're 0% Iranian, just a descendant of Iranians.

Enjoy it. It's like your heritage is multitasking! You can be connected to more than one ethnic group and enjoy their varied traditions on your own terms. Take it from someone who is a mix of 5 cultures from around europe and the middle east. Every time you go to a family reunion, it's like a whole different set of foods and traditions!

I am not 100% of anything either, except for human. I have 8 different nationalities in me, and my children have 10 different nationalities in them. You should not hate yourself for the nationalities that you are, you could not choose who you are in that respect. The first step to letting others accept you, is to accept yourself for who and what you are.

The Serenity prayer comes to mind right now.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.
