cuz i was going 45 on 45 and this damn white corolla pop out of no were change into the other direction lane and pass me and i got mad cuz i getting cut off...and i do the same thing 2 him....and im just wondering if he get ur licenseplate number and he call a cop does it affect u ??

no u wrong if i go as the speed limit and he pass me..and he should get ticket but...not me...all i do is mad cuz i get cut off like that ...******* teenager...i follow him for a while and he stop as gas station and he step out look at me and i look back then i just left and he might saw my license plate but that all im asking
....and yea i think nothing happen cuz cop cant see it...they cant do it..witnesses..and yea i got a complaint from neightbor before and cop just saids im give u warning

cops didn't see it so they can't do anything.
to seek revenge on a driver for wreckless driving is called "road rage", now a cop can arrest/ticket you for that.

Cops can't do anything because there aren't any witnesses. My cousins once drove the freeway and there was this huge 18wheeler tailgating them. They changed lane and for some reason the 18wheeler changed lane and continued tailgating them. My aunt got scared and she notified the Highway Patrol while they are still on the freeway with the truck still tailgating them. In the end the Highway Patrol got to where they were on the freeway and pulled the guy over. Justice for once!

My friend was speeding (barely) out of the school parking lot one day and a cop pulled him over and said a complaint had been issued on his car but all he did was tell him there was a complaint. No ticket, fine, or written warning. Most likely nothing will happen but that's just coming from me.

I'm not a cop but keep in mind parking tickets are non-moving violations. So, since you are the one driving the car you'd get pulled over and questioned. Usually the registered owner has a warrant for arrest for unpaid parking tickets or the car towed. Don't really know because I've never had that happen to me before. Sorry
