i am past my due date and i havent even dilated...i have tried everything that i can think of to do to try and make me go into labor but can any one give any advice on this...i am really anxious to see my little boy and i know that i should let him decide when he wants to come but i really wish that it would be now....plz help

You could always go to the doctor and schedule a Csection. Or you could just wait and let your boy decide when it's ready. I'm sorry to say those are about your only options.

there is such thing as a cervical scraping and you would have to ask your doctor to do it i am not sure if he will or not but my friend had this done to hurry things along it makes you start dialting but if you can you should wait he'll be a much happier baby if you let him come on his own i know you are anxious but ultra sounds can be off by 2 weeks they just go by the size of the baby and if you bring him into to the world 2 weeks early his lungs would still be developing so just be patient and wait i waited and i have the best little boy ever and he never ever cried or was unhappy at the hospital you can hear other babies crying and you'll be quite happy when yours isn't its a nice feeling

i would talk to your doctor, i had a doctors appointment yesterday and asked my doctor what will happen if i dont go into labor by my due date... he told me (before he did and internal exaime) that if i was still 1 cm then he will wait until 40 weeks and 5 days and then induce me... well after he checked me i was 3.5 cms and he said that the baby was RIGHT there... he told me to make an appointment for next week and if i hadnt had the baby by then (which will be 2 days before my due date) then he would schedule me to be induced... but he said i prolly wont even make it to my next appointment.... which could be true... today i lost a good chunck of the mucus plug and have been haveing some contractions, nothing regular but they are starting to get alittle strong and a tiny bit closer together.... good luck though.... seriously talk to your doctor though.
my doctots office messed up on my charts and had me down for 35 weeks for 2 weeks in a row, if i wouldnt have said something about it they would prolly have thought nothing about it and to them i would only be 38 weeks.

If you can walk ( or waddle as i did all 3 times) go walk , have lots of sex , go for a bumpy car ride... the car ride worked for me last time-- we went out that evening and around 4am my water broke.

Do alot of walking and having sex. It worked for me!
