What's this about Adult Swim Cartoon signs being mistaken for bomb threats?

What are the details? I didn't get to read Cartoon Networks entire appology. It just kinda flashed by. I was like "WTF?"

Two guys put up something along the lines of signs of Inignot and Er flicking you off. But i guess the devices used resembled bombs and soem old lady tipped off the police that everyone was about to die. It turned out to be simple and stupid and the two guys got arrested.

It was a publicity stunt for the movie that just went wrong.
