Some people work hard and fail, while others do nothing and succeed. Some bad people get rich, while some good people get poor. What accounts for this? Whats your take on it?

I believe- there's no such thing as "fair". There is no REAL justice in the world- because man is imperfect. THAT imperfection renders all attempts at real "fairness"-imperfect, and thus- unfair. Let's face it, we ALL have our share of "issues", flaws, character "defects"- whatever you want to call them- and all of that gets thrown into the mix. It's like when a movie is made. The movie maker would LOVE to make a perfect movie (an example of what "fair" might be like), but there are ALWAYS bloopers, inconsistancies, mistakes, etc. that end up in the movie- and people have alot of fun finding them when the movie comes out. In THAT case, the "flaws" (unfairness) are fun to find. In real LIFE, - unfairness is often alot less pleasant.

There is a purpose and reason for everything. It is not always ours to understand but to learn from, accept and we grow. What happens to you may be to help someone who is close to you, it may give them strength to see you endure some tragic event and how you handle it. You never know who is watching and we learn by observance. This life is a blink compared to eternity aka the big picture. We do not think in forever terms and have to look beyond the finite to the infinite. The rain and sunshine fall on us all be we what we may, and such is life.

My mom is a disabled fat woman who dosent have a day go by that she doesn't suffer. She Gives me all the love a son could want and sometime more. On the other hand my dad dosen't have the time to get to know me and my brother. He has money and some to spare, but he dosent seem to be able to show love with it when it comes to me and my brother. My adopted brother and sister have the childhood i always wanted and they are vain and self centered as hell. How do i get out? I treat my mom like **** and I dont know why except for my unbalanced family life.

I don't believe there is such a thing as fair or not.....I believe that we all create our own destinies beforee we enter our earthly bodies...I believe we are here to accomplish certain goals that have been set out for us befor we enter our chosen guardian...we are here to learn, experience life, talents, tastes, smells, good, bad, anguish, feast, famine, rich, poor, terror and death...How we go about reaching our goals is up to us. I believe that there may be good souls as well as demonistic souls who try to influence our decisions of how we might accomplish our goals...ok maybe its all hogwash........maybe I just think that sometimes bad things happen to good people...just because its a foul cruel world.
