First off it depends on your phone model and carrier (Verizon, Cingular, ect...) Check out www.howardforums.com lots of good information there!

Your phone company may have a web site which you can register an e-mail address with you phone number. You can send pics to you phone with this web service. Verizon has PIX Place where you can send pictures and video to your cell phone for free.

Here are 2 ways:
1.Get connecting USB cable and software that is usually an optional accessory with most phones
2. Use bluetooth to conncect assuming your phone has it. Use optional connecting software that is available with most phones.

im not sure exactly how to do it, but if you have the USB cable then connect it to ur computer and then it should pop up in mycomputer Next to the drives and everything, then just drag your photos to it, and it should transfer it.
and if you dont have the cable try ebay, lol.

first of all u have to use approciate software for ur Phone
it can also be done through bluetooth or infra red
ur computer is connected to infra device and just on ur phone infra
