1. National Park Service
a) Its website has Word documents containing details of National Historic Landmark Nominations for properties associated with the Underground Railroad. However you have to be diligent and scan down through the document, because the first sections are about the structural details and architectural merit of the building. Further down there are diary and letter extracts regarding Underground Railroad activities by the former residents.
b) Specifically, these are the buildings with that detail:
(i) Rokeby, Addison County, Vermont;
(ii) F. Julius LeMoyne House, Washington County, Pennsylvania;
(iii) John P. Parker House, Brown County, Ohio.
c) The NPS also provides a useful bibliography

2. The School of Education at UC Davis
Its website has a section on the Underground Railroad with personal accounts from Linda Brent, Frederick Douglass, Frances Harper, Anna Weems, Sheridan Ford, and, of course, Harriet Tubman.

3. If you have a try at searching for yourself, you should find some more first hand accounts. That's all I did.
