No they are not racist. I answered a similar question earlier. Korn have worked with black artists (like Nas and Ice Cube) on some albums ("follow the leader", "take a look in the mirror"). None of their songs have any racist meaning - i'm sure - I've got nearly every one, including the early demos and bonus tracks.

That's an urban legend about Korn's name being racist the same thing was said about KISS that their name was Satanic in an interview Gene Simmons said they weren't creative enough to make up an acronym with thier name i do that 90's thrash metal band WASP stood for We Are Sexual Perverts.
