I'd love to bring back Tupac. He died way before his time. It still saddens me. If I had another choice, I'd say John Lennon. Also, Steve Irwin (the Crocodile Hunter) and Chris Farley too.

Princess Diana - she would still be doing lots of charity work.
Would have been nice for her to fall in love again (with someone who actually loved her back) and for her to be there for her sons who are sadly lacking a sensitive female figure in their lives.
And Michael Hutchence so he and Kylie Minogue could get back togethor and she could dump Olivier Martinez who is a forever bachelor.
