Now Dell is using this policy. They sell cash but pay you for terms(long) and you have to keep stock of their parts and to deliver in 3 days if there is a order ( from customer ). I hope your company have the facilities, financial, storage.

Please write to Dell headoffice and direct your request to the purchasing department and if it doesn't help then refer to Trade and Domestic Ministry department.
