The scarier California ban is the one they just passed barring parents from spanking their children...holy crap. What is this world coming to????? The only funny part about it is thinking about who the he** they're gonna get to monitor millions of people to make sure they're not spanking...hehe... :)

don't have a clue what the main up-tp-date one is ---yet i will assure you that what ever that's-- isn't almost harsh sufficient for the human beings who're in the back of all of this sort of law --- and, so, i'm particular that someplace there is somebody writing a clean one --- probably making it unlawful so which you would be able to illuminate interior of fifty ft of your self !!!
