Eventually, yes. If you regularly eat a healthy, balanced diet and drink the suggested amount of water per day (8 glasses), it will have a positive effect on your skin, hair, etc., especially during winter months when skin tends to dry out.

Absolutely!

What you put into your body is just as important as what products you put onto your body! So I would recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily, eating plenty of fresh fruit and veges and exercising regularly.

Reasons why:
- Water because it flushes all the toxins out and hydrates your body (including your skin - your largest and most apparent organ)
- Fresh fruit and vegetables as many are rich sources of vitamins and anti-oxidants which help cell growth within the skin and prevent pimples
- Exercise because it increases the amount of blood (therefore oxygen) replenishing your skin cells and releases toxins

Skin, hair, nails and teeth/gums will begin to appear healthier (i.e. much less blemishes, shiny hair, strong nails and teeth)

Don't worry, I wasn't convinced either... Then I started looking at people I know who eat well and their skin especially was brilliant... So now I've well and truly converted to a healthy lifestyle... It's made a massive change to how I feel and look

It definitely makes you feel better.....it affects your skin, hair, nails and body. You will look great once you have healthy eating habits. You will have more energy too.

It does, though. If you're eating good food and not stuffing yourself with junk, you are healthier. And it shows.
