Sims2 buying clothes?

Wjen I go to the store I buy the clothes. I go home and a messgae appears saying I brought back new clothes. I have a wardrobe dresser. But What happens to the clothes? I just have the same ne and my money is spent?

well buy ur wardrobe and then click on it and go to: Plan outfit...then choose wat u want to plan for: formal, everday, pj's, underwear, etc. etc.

u have to go in buy mode and buy a dresser to put your clothes in so u can use them
