What would be the best college to go to if you are looking at a career in aerospacial engineering?

U.S. News & World report has graduate program rankings broken down by specific engineering specialty, including aerospace engineering.

These rankings may not exactly correlate to relative quality of undergraduate aerospace engineering programs, but you may be interested in them anyway.

In aerospace engineering the top few, in order, are Stanford, MIT, Caltech, Georgia Tech, University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.

What is the best school? That is an easy question to answer: MIT

Cal Tech (not Cal Poly), Stanford and UC Berkeley would be the next best.

I suppose this will depend on how far you are willing to travel. As for my area, Texas A&M is one of the best as well as Kansas State.
