No not even close. They all seem unjust to humanity.

I don't think any war is just but sometimes the reasons for going to war is justifiable. There comes a time when you just have to fight back. This is perfectly said in the song "The Coward of The County" by Kenny Rogers. Quote, "You don't have to fight to be a Man, but sometimes when you're a man, you have to fight. Unquote. Unfortunately, regardless of the outcome, nobody ever really wins a war and the real losers always seem to be the children.

I think a good litmus test is if you can explain to a mother why her son had to die....and know that you made the right decision...it is a just war. I do not believe that Bush can look a mother in her eye and justify what he did.

I am not even sure that just is the right word. Neccassary for that nation's interests might be a better phrase.

NO WAR IS JUST.

No war is worth a young innocent soldier's life.

Tom F, you are a flaming idiot. go back to school.

Aaron is right.

Bush is the worst president we have ever had. He is responsible for even more deaths to come now...and you know what? IT IS ALL ON HIM THIS TIME. You know its pretty bad when even the SENATE DISAPPROVES your plan to send MORE troops to Iraq....and all he can say is "I'm the decision maker."

When you are attacked or threatened like the Germans invading one country after another. That is enough of a threat that you don't sit back and wait to be next. I don't believe Iraq is a just war.
Iraq in no way threatened the US.

i don't believe that there is justifiable reason to engage in war and war like activities. however, i do feel we need to defend ourself from foreign enemies.
if grown men and women want to offer their service, and, sometims their life, that's their choice. what is unjust, criminal, and sadistic is to cause the dead of innocent citizens, especially children. that is an unforgivable offense.
a line from one of my favorite poems reads:

...do not weep for them madre'.
they are gone, the little ones,
straight to heaven and the saints,
where God will fill the bulletholes with candy.

this passage allows me to think that something good results from the innocent slaughter of children. they are gone to heaven where there will no longer be war, killing, and persecution.

our children deserve to live in peace!

All wars are about resources. The notion of a just war is a sales technique, along the lines of "God is on our side," and "Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori."

No war is just...
Killing is unjust.
War isn't necessary... if people tried harder to get along we wouldn't need war.. we wouldn't need to tell a mother that her son/daughter died in war...

Peace and Love.

My 2 cents..
