Well, it depends on how long you want to go to school.

If you want to do a 2 year program, you can learn autocad and do drafting for a living. Autocad lets you make detailed drawings of structures for structural approvals and plans for the builder to make the house.

If you want to do a 5 or so year program, why not be an architect? Then you can design new houses.

You could go into art/graphics design, but the term 'starving artist' generally isn't a lie.

Architect :) Maybe also close to designing if you like to make designs of house exterior :) For architecture i cant suggest you nothing, but as exterior designer (if you see yoursekf in this profession) you may join jurgita.com. architect seems most likely. But you could also be a teacher, animation drawer, many different needs for talented artists.
