I have two dogs and one dog drinks the other's urine when he is urinating. He also sniffs the dog's but when he is trying to pass a stool. I know that this annoys the dog because he moves all over the yard trying to get away and go potty in peace. What causes this? I feed him well (Eukanuba) and give him plenty of fresh water.

It's an idiosyncrasy of the canine. Some dogs do weird stuff. One of my dogs can hardly stand it if I so much as look at another one of my dogs. Another likes to scratch the back of their front right paw and lick the air for no apparent reason.
Dogs are great, but they're also prone to really strange behaviours.
It's probably not healthy for your dog to be drinking the other dog's piss, though,
