You cant.
A decent skateboard will run you at least $80 or so. Your not going to get anything other than a very cheap, very sucky walmart spongebob squarepants board for $25. Blankdecks.com has completes starting at $50 for off name brand products, but they are just as good as any full price name brand boards/trucks/bearings/etc. i ordered a complete on there with all off name brand parts and only spent like $70 shipped and i can honestly say its one of the best setups ive ever rode.

yeah! we used to slip down the banisters! we extensively utilized to bypass out sledging - employing the tray we had stolen from college, use bin bags to slip, or possibly a vehicle bonnet at one factor! in no way carried out that for a skate board tho! satisfied dayz!
