Do you think it was her fault? I mean, she wasn't intoxicated and accidents do happen. I feel sorry for the family of the dead girl, but its just like that one time my mom accidently ran over a dog. She felt sooo sorry, but it was an accident. What do you think?

she wasn't paying attention and took a person's life. that's a lot different than killing a dog.

Yes it was her fault. She should have been paying more attention to the road, from the reports I heard. It's nothing like your mom running over a dog. I love dogs, but their lives are not important as a person's. I'm sure it was the dumb dog's fault for running out into the road. This girl that died was not at fault. I don't know what is going to happen to Brandy as far as legal punishment (probably not much) and now I see she's getting sued for this. Reckless driving is a problem and I hope people learn from this.

I truly do think it was an accident. Things like that just teaches you to be more cautious when you drive. Everyone is saying that she should face charges but what about Matthew Broderick? He killed a mother and daughter, paid the familt off and didn't spend a day in jail. Although they have a lawsuit against Brandy, I just wish her luck on whatever happens.

She was a fault but it was an accident. Things happen. Unfortunately we aren't guaranteed anything when we step out of bed in the morning.

Derek Kai,I have discussed Brandy's accident with my family and have gotten mixed feelings.According to the police she was going too fast.I am not going to pass any judgement upon her,but please take into account all those who are involved from Brandy to the family who lost someone they love.She apoligised and it was an accident,but...........................
