All four members of the band are listed as writing them though most likely Geezer.

Geezer did - but got tired of Ozzy getting all the glory!!
Which is why they eventually pushed him out of the band (has a lot less to do with drugs than they make out).

It was Geezer Butler. The liner notes in the Black Box set released by Rhino in 2005 state this explicitly.
