I want to be able to fit inside the box and put in on/take it off easily. My first attempt worked, I could fit inside it and it covered my entire body. But I had a little trouble moving. I was only able to move my legs forward and backward, they couldnt bend at the knee. The same went for my arms. This time I want to be able to bend at the knee and elbow which I think i figured out, but I am having a lot of trouble with the shoulder. I need to know how to make it so that I can move it in all directions but still have it attached to the main box over my body so no skin is showing. Any help at all would be appreciated.

That's not possible.

I'm sorry that you had to find out this way.

A shoulder is a ball and joint setup so you couldn't simulate it exactly with your own body inside.
You could do other things in the joint area though, which would allow a lot of movement in various directions.

One would be the dryer vent hose, as mentioned before.

If you need to use only tape and cardboard though, you could maybe use overlapping pieces of tape (tape on sticky side too) to create a large ring to attach between the shoulder and arm. The tape wouldn't be highly flexible, but it would be somewhat flexible and allow you to move your arms somewhat in all directions.

If you don't have to use only tape and cardboard, a better solution would be attaching a similar wide ring of something more flexible, like fabric, between the shoulder and the arm. That would give you the most movement.
I suppose you could also put tape over the fabric which would give more strength than tape alone, but would again be less flexible than fabric alone.

Try using a short length of dryer vent hose....the round kind that has a coiled wire inside and silver mylar on the outside and attach it to the body and the arm with duct tape......I'm sorry but I can't resist asking.....what are you going to do with this?
