Have you sent your food back because it wasn't just right, or do you just let it go and eat it?

Depends on what the issue is. If something isn't cooked enough and I could get sick, it's going back, but if I want a steak cooked medium well and it arrives medium I can handle it. Also depends on the whole dining experience; if it's problem after problem I would be more inclined to have my food 'just right'.

I just let it be, I have heard too many horror stories about what they do to food sent back. I would rather eat something that wasn't perfect than someones spit.

Depending the restaurant if I have a good view of the kitchen yes I will and have done it. I will return it if it's not what I ordered in the first place... If I can't see the kitchen I ignore it and eat my food...

i do each and every time it is wrong.. applebees is thee worst place to order food and expect it to be right.. i absolutely have a manager come to me where ever i am and 9 outta 10 times they tell me they will personally see to it it is right.. and they do it themselves.. now on the spit in your food.. well yah.. nasty.. but by god i am tired of spending money of less than mediocre food that i can make at home for free. its a shame what has happened to us with the rest industry. they move it out so fast they dont even try to make it decent.. they put it together like the little pictures on the wall tell them to. takes the special out of the night out for sure..

If it is chicken or fish it has to be cooked all the way ...i don't want to get sick...I waitress ..and i never seen another co-worker mess with no one's food..I would report that ...that is something you just DON"T DO... and you pay for your meal it should be the way you order it...so alway's speak up..

I usually just let it go and eat, don't want anyone spitting in my food.

Not because it wasn't right, but because it had a bug.
