Hey, I've been a similar situation. Just give things time. Take advantage of this time off and do things you wanna do. At the same time, built your focus on career and work hard. Capricorns are workaholics and like partners who are ambitious and career oriented. Don't be rude to him, act a little mature every time you see him, be nice and forgiving. Eventually he'll realize what he's lost and come back.
He might show that he doesn't care but deep down inside he does give a damn. Capricorns don't move on easily and they have an extremely difficult time expressing their feelings. I'm sure the love is still there and will be there for the longest time. He's probably feeling really bad for breaking up with you.
Just be patient and things will be fine.
