Miranda mom dies, and you see the majority of her family in the episode where the girls go to the funeral.
Carrie talks about her dad walking out on her family.
Other than that, no.

The episode where Miranda's mom died they showed some of her sisters.. but other than that they pretty much tried to keep the family out of it to show that those 4 were each others family.
..i might watch that show a little too much

I remember Carrie once saying her Dad left them when she was 5, and Miranda's Mom died in an episode and it showed her sister who wasn't very nice. They did show Big's mother in 1 episode but that is it as far as I know.
