Does most of England still hate C.Ronaldo or have they finally gotten over the whole Ronaldo/Rooney world cup thing? Just wondering because when watching the games I think they still boo him.

It would have been less of an issue if Ronaldo had been from England originally, or did it to someone else from Man U who wasn't of english descent. However, it's kind of like messing with one of your own since Rooney is an English prodigy and you have to stick up for your own kind.

I certainly agree with who says that he should be forgiven. Come on I just wanna know why you hate him. He got Rooney a red card? Well just look at what Rooney did to Carvalho a player has the right to argue as competition. But I even don't have anything against Rooney. Second of all Rooney has already forgiven him as a friendly teammate would do. Or are you mad at him for diving. I admit he does dive but not that much and there are actually other players who do dive. Or are you just jealous that he beat you or that he is a great player for Man U. He is the best C.Ronaldo is clear from any accuses and I hope everyone forgives him. Otherwise you should be the one boooed at for your bad sportsmanship. Go Cristiano you are amazing.

English fans need to find outlets for their fustration. Ronaldo was that outlet this World Cup, last Cup was David Seaman.
They simply can't accept the fact that they have now vanquished their best chance to win the World Cup because their FatFrank and Stevey G can't play together in the same midfield and Owens is made of glass.
The straight red was harsh, probably should have been a yellow. However, Portugal probably still would have won, as the 451 was crap, Sven lacked creativity and Portugal was just a better team.

England needs to grow up & accept that they a really overated team, Cristiano didnot get Rooney sent off , Rooney did that all by himself by behaving inappropriate. Cristiano is Englands excuse for playing so badly, If England is such a brilliant team it wouldnt matter if one player got sent off. Portugal played better & deserved to win. If they really want to blame someone they should blame their players & the coach. Leave C.Ronaldo alone he did nothing wrong, The England fans are a bunch of bad losers that cant accept defeat. Lol imagine England had to play Italy or Brazil - they wouldnt even have gone to penalties - they would have lost badly. 2010 is Portugal , Italy & Brazils year, those are the 3 teams in the finals

I don't think England should be mad at Ronaldo because he's done superb in there league! Rooney out of all people shouldn't be mad at all! I mean in MUFC they kill, when Ronaldo set the ball up for Rooney shows NO ONE CARES!!! MAN UTD ROCKS BECAUSE BOTH OF THEM AREN'T MAD AT EACH OTHER ANDTHEY MAKE A GREAT TAG TEAM TO BUT MUFC ON TOP. and the rumor about cronaldo goin to real....mufc is his home

Ronaldo was not the cause for Rooney sent off. Rooney got sent off for his temper. But Ronaldo do like to dive, in fact with his talents, I really hate to see him dive.

Well, I know Southend fans were still mad at him in that match against ManU. The EPL fans are just deceasing it but we can't say that there aren't any booing left.

Yes,maybe.They have to understand that he had to help his country then not his friends!!!!On the grass you have no father,no mother,no sister,no brother and no friens!!Just your team!!He is stronger with those boo boys because he tryes to demostrate that he is the best!
