The iSeries navigator is a GUI front end to access the AS/400. The AS/400 (iSeries) is primarily a green screen (text) system.....

The iSeries navigator is not used to monitor your usage. It is for managing the iSeries system

Yes, they are allowed to monitor employee computer usage with an empolyee monitoring software like Easemon if needs be.

I-series is an IBM "AS400" server. I don't think they could use it to monitor your internet use. As400 primarily runs Data Warehouse applications.
