If you do ebay go to the Shoe Metro! I just got 3 pairs of wedge soled sandals and didn't pay over 8 bucks for a single pair but you do have to take into consideration shipping! I got a pair of bongo sandals for 2.32 and with shipping they were 12.32 Which I think is a pretty fair deal. They do have an online store but shoes seem to be more costly!

www.charlotte-russe.com has some nice shoes. I would actually recommend going into the store though. They have a HUGE collection of inexpensive and stylish high heels and sandals. Very pretty and chic :)

try bakers! they have cute shoes for cheap. also try target, no really. they have really cute shoes sometimes, i go there for the trendy things, i have a good mix of designer shoes like coach and michael kors and then target thrown in haha
